Technology of on-site recycling of waste asphalt pavement
Overview
By using a new composite additive with the dual functions of regeneration and warm mixing, the original pavement material can be used 100% on site, the construction temperature of on-situ regeneration can be reduced by 30℃, the environmental pollution and harmful gas emissions can be reduced, and the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture can be improved.
Technical performance and indicator
(1) The content of regenerant is determined according to the aging degree of used asphalt pavement, generally 2-6% of aging asphalt, and the content of warm mixing agent is about 0.1% of the amount of asphalt;
(2) The in-site regeneration construction temperature is reduced by 30℃, the construction energy consumption is reduced, the CO2 emission is reduced by 60%, the NOx emission is reduced by 70%, and the asphalt smoke emission is 90%.

Deployment experience
(1) In 2022, K1096+880-K1108+000 section of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway was paved with this technology and with a length of about 4.8 km;
(2) In 2023, K454+300-K458+000 section of Baomao Expressway was paved with this technology and with a length of about 3.7 km.
