Overview
Admixture for ready-mixed fluid solidified soil can achieve flow state, self-compacting, adjustable strength, non-structural backfilling of fluid soil, and structural application, which can greatly use local soil, silt, construction waste, bulk solid waste, tailings and other resources, reduce dependence on natural materials, reduce engineering costs, and reduce environmental damage.
Technical performance and indicator
(1) Slump of ready-mixed fluid solidified soil is 240-290mm;
(2) Retention time is 0.5-2.0h;
(3) 28d compressive strength is 1.5-4.5MPa;
(4) Water stability coefficient ≥110%.

Application areas
It is widely used in slope protection, sand solidification, foundation treatment, subgrade reinforcement, underground integrated pipe corridor backfill, mine trench backfill, silt and construction waste reuse and other projects.

According to the on-site material targeted experiment to determine the best product, it belongs to customized product.
Deployment experience
(1) In 2023, offshore wind power single pile foundation anti-erosion project - Rudong site, used 100 tons of this admixture;
(2) In 2023, the backfilling project of a prefabricated building fertilizer tank in Changping District of Beijing, the construction of 720m3 of fluid soil was completed and 87 tons of this admixture was used.
