Ultra-high dispersion polycarboxylic superplasticizer
Overview
Ultra-high dispersion polycarboxylate superplasticizer (HA-PCE) improves its compatibility and dispersibility to cement by introducing a new functional polyether monomer, and ensures a smooth and orderly reaction by automating the synthesis process to avoid the reduction of synthesis efficiency caused by production fluctuations.
Technical performance and indicator
(1) The water reduction rate of concrete is 46%, and the gas content is as low as 3.0%, making the concrete easier to pump, pour and form;
(2) Using this type of PCE to prepare UHPC, the 28d compressive strength reached 155MPa, and the 28d drying shrinkage decreased by 12.11%;
(3) Using this type of PCE to prepare C30-C50 concrete, the amount of cement can be reduced by more than 44% and the amount of mixing water can be reduced by more than 27%.

Financial comparison
(1) Compared with traditional PCE, the synthesis and preparation of this type of PCE are completed at room temperature, the whole process is shortened to 4 hours, and the time cost is greatly reduced;
(2) When this type of PCE applied to concrete, it greatly reduces the amount of cement and mixing water, and reduces the cost of concrete by 20 CNY/t.
Application areas
This type of PCE not only plays a great role in the fields of high-speed railway, marine engineering, large-scale water conservancy, high-rise buildings, but also has broad application prospects in the fields of subway and tunnel, prefabricated buildings, and future space and extreme environment engineering.
Technical limitations
It can not be used in combination with naphthalene series water reducer.
Deployment experience
(1) In 2023, the UHPC bridge deck pavement of Moshui River Bridge in Qingdao, Shandong Province, used a total of 20 tons of ultra-high distributed PCE;
(2) In 2023, the UHPC bridge deck pavement of Xiaoqing River Large Bridge in Jinan, Shandong Province, used a total of 25 tons of ultra-high distributed PCE;
(3) In 2023, the C30-C50 concrete project of the eastern underground pipe gallery and above-ground facilities in Dezhou, Shandong Province, used a total of 25 tons of ultra-high distributed PCE.
