Target: Applying organic self-healing fireproof coating on metal and non-metal surfaces has the characteristics of good effect and easy implementation, and has become a main method to prevent metal rust and improve the non-metal fire protection grade. With technology development, the requirements for these coatings are becoming higher and higher. Self-healing coating is a new type of coating developed in recent years. By adding some micro-containers with repair agents to the coating, when the coating cracks, the cracks can be repaired in time to prevent the entry of aggressive ions, thus significantly improving the service life. Therefore, the self-healing coating has a good application prospect. However, there is no evaluation method for the self-healing properties of coatings, so it is necessary to develop the relevant standards for the evaluation of self-healing properties.
