NEXCEL releases its 2025 Program Guideline to call for project proposals. The deadline for submission of Project Concept Paper is by November 16, 2025. After Project Concept Paper passing the review, the submission of Project Proposal will be requested. The Project Concept Paper and Project Proposal Form are available for downloading on the Download Center at www.non-metallic.net.
