
Recently, NEXCEL and the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) signed an International Partner Agreement (IPA), in order to share opportunities of research development and international cooperation in the field of nonmetallic materials. Dr. Li Juan, Program Director of NEXCEL, and Prof. NGUYEN Hoang Giang, Vice Rector of HUCE, signed this agreement on behalf of both parties.

Both sides will take the IPA signing as an opportunity to establish a long-term and stable collaborative relationship. Through resource sharing, project developing, conference co-organizing, and technical application, both sides aim to advance industrial upgrading, expand market opportunity, raise public awareness, and jointly accelerate the research innovation and engineering application of nonmetallic materials in ASEAN countries.
With more than 67 years of training experience, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), founded in 1966, is a leading center in terms of training, scientific research and technology transfer in Vietnam, and provides high-quality human resources for the country across the broad spectrum of civil engineering. HUCE has so far provided over 80,000 engineers and architects for the country's industrialization and modernization. HUCE have signed more than 200 MOUs with universities, institutes and organizations all over the world.
