On May 31, 2024, The Second Concrete and Cement-based Products Innovation and Development Forum was held in Nanjing. During the event, NEXCEL and China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (CCPA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which marks that both parties will engage in a strong collaboration, jointly promoting nonmetallic materials innovation and application in the concrete and cement products area.
Before the signing ceremony, Dr. Li Juan, Program Director of NEXCEL, introduced an overview of NEXCEL and the strategic vision for collaboration with CCPA.
Dr. Li Juan, Program Director of NEXCEL, and Prof. Wang Zhaojia, Vice President of CCPA, signed the MOU which will see both parties working together on resource sharing, project developing, event organizing and technical promotion.
On the same day, NEXCEL organized a project exchange meeting with Nanjing Tech University, discussing the progress of engineering applications of recycled plastics in asphalt mixtures and the development of polymer-based aerogel composite and product pilot plans.
